 RETURN POLICY

NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

For Distressed / Sale / Clearance items ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All exchanges are dependent on available stock. To request a return for any reason, please email us at info@deadbros.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

Items must be in their original packaging, In as-new condition with both the packing slip and merchandise return form completed. We will issue a store credit to you when we receive your returns package. Any store credit we issue will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
DEAD BROS is not responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges. Please note: All orders processed with a discount code or sale price are final sale and may not be returned.

WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLASSIC AND DISTRESSED? 
Classic tees are our regular tees, no holes, no rips. Distressed tees are the same material, same tee, same size, just distressed by hand to look worn and aged. This means it will have rips, tears, holes, things that add a vintage touch! All distressed items may have different distressing.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information. Check you spam email too. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please contact us at info@deadbros.com as soon as possible. It is not guaranteed we can change your shipping address, it depends if your order has already shipped or not. Email us as soon as possible!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

YES! In most cases, we ship worldwide. Anywhere the postal service can deliver, with the exception of a few locations.
